Explore the Kenyan homebase of the worldwide coral reservation project REEFolution

We are strongly supporting the REEFolution team, who is situated directly on our company ground

The REEFolution foundation will restore and create coral reefs together with local fishermen, starting in Kenya. The resources functioning as their main income, namely fishery and tourism, will be conserved. REEFolution will initiate, stimulate, provide advice and finance projects regarding coral reef restoration and creation.

REEFolution is setting up and financing coral reef restoration programmes in developing countries. Through education and conservation efforts natural coral reefs will be sustained. Besides, new coral reefs will be created to reduce the pressure on natural reefs at risk and increase the coral reef cover. To create these new reefs, coral nurseries will be set up.
